HOW CAN I ASK MY QUESTIONS?

As an Art NXT Level member, you have 4 options:

Option 1. Facebook Live Q & A

If you would like to receive in-depth feedback from Sergio and Dr. Yanina, join them during our weekly Facebook Live Q & A where you can ask your question right on the spot. If you can't make it to the live session, no worries! You can pre-post your question under the post assigned to the next Q & A session found under the "FEATURED / ANNOUNCEMENTS" tab in the Facebook group (click HERE).

Our Q&As are scheduled on Thursdays at 10:00 am (Central Time). Although very rare, days and times may change. Click HERE (News tab) to access our Live Sessions Calendar. While there, take a moment to add the dates and times to your calendar so that you can join us! Also, you can scroll below for the link to join the Facebook group.

All Q&A sessions are recorded and housed under the GUIDES tab on our Facebook group. Click on Guide 2 to access them.

Should you be interested in receiving feedback from fellow student members, you're welcome to also post your question in the Discussion area as explained in option #2.

Option 2.

If you would like to receive feedback from other artists in the community, post your question, comment or document in the DISCUSSION area of the Facebook Group. Please use option 1 if you would also like feedback from Sergio & Dr. Yanina.

Also, if you would like Sergio and members to review a document and share their feedback (e.g., Artist Statement, Press Kit, Exhibition Proposal, etc.), upload the document on the Facebook group using a PDF or DOC format. Once you receive your feedback, you're welcome to keep or delete the document from the Facebook group. If you're not sure how to upload your documents on Facebook, please click HERE for a video tutorial. Make sure you have access to our Facebook group for this link to work.

Option 3.

If you have resources and membership-related questions such as "Does my membership cancel automatically after a Challenge ends?, etc.," click on the FAQ tab as most questions and answers are posted under this tab.

If you don't find your answer under the FAQ tab or have a website content question (I'm having issues with a course or link, I can't find a resource, etc.) post your question in the Member Support area found under the "MY LIBRARY" tab in the Academy's website. You can also use this option if you do not have a Facebook account.

You're always welcome to browse the website to become familiar with our content. Please DO NOT email us your questions as we don't want your email to get lost in the sea of emails we receive on a daily basis. We recommend that you use this option instead so that your concern is addressed.

Option 4.

If you're participating in any of our ongoing LIVE Challenges and have a question about the content that we're teaching in a specific video training, write your question UNDER THE VIDEO POST located in our Facebook Group. Click HERE to access the Facebook group. Option 4 is only available during live Challenges.

If you have questions that are NOT related to the Challenge lessons or if you're watching the challenge when we're not doing it together live, you're welcome to use option 1 (questions for Sergio & Dr. Yanina) or option 2 (questions for fellow Next Levelers).

ART NXT LEVEL MEMBER FACEBOOK GROUP

The Art NXT Level Facebook Group is to celebrate your successes, your art, works in progress, studio practice, upcoming events, art opportunities, calls for artists, and any other news you would like to share with the community.

Please be respectful of posts and comments and let this be an amazing supportive space!

Please know that this Facebook group is for members only. As much as we are flattered that you want to share what we offer in our Facebook group with fellow artists, we ask that you DO NOT invite non-members to our Facebook group. Instead, please send them to our website to join the Academy.

STUDIO VISITS VIDEO CALLS

Join Sergio and other fellow student members on Tuesdays via Zoom to meet fellow next-leveler, share each other's art and studio, have conversations about the art world or simply inspire, encourage and support one another.

We offer 2 video sessions per month that last 1 to 1.5 hr.

In these sessions, you will:

1. Enjoy presentations from fellow next-levelers or you can facilitate your presentation. We offer 10-minute spots for members to share what they're doing in their studios (e.g., share what you're working on in your studio, present your artwork, etc.). If you're interested in presenting, you must reserve your spot. See below for instructions.

2. Divide participants into small groups where you can engage in professional conversations about art or the art world, request fellow students to critique your work, or simply network with each other.

This is NOT a Q&A session. It is a networking event. It is also an opportunity to share what's happening in your studio and also inspire, motivate, encourage and network with fellow members. As a reminder, kindly read the heading "How Can I Ask My Questions..." above to learn how we can answer your questions.

The link and password to join these calls are found under the NEWS tab here on this website. Please note the link and password change frequently. Therefore, make sure you use the most recent link.

Dates and times are subject to change (rarely, but it happens!). We'll keep you posted via the weekly email and Facebook group page. Make sure you're receiving our emails. If not, please click HERE to let us know.

Please know that these video sessions and any of our member-only services, are for Art NXT Level Academy's members only. Non-members are NOT allowed in our Zoom Studio Visits. It is prohibited to share our Zoom links and passwords with non-members. We appreciate your understanding.

WEEKLY ART NXT LEVEL MEMBER EMAIL

Each Monday morning, we send an email to our members with news and important information relevant to your student membership including details you need to join our Studio Visits Video Calls. If you're NOT receiving these emails, please check your SPAM or PROMOTIONS folder first. If they're not there, please go to the MEMBER SUPPORT option found under MY LIBRARY to let us know so that we can take care of it.

We encourage you to visit the News tab often as we post there the dates/times of our Facebook Live Q&As and Studio Visits.

GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROGRAM OR MEMBERSHIP

The first step is to click on the FAQ tab as most questions and answers are posted under this tab. If you don't find your answer, use the Member Support page to contact us. Use the Member Support area to contact Sergio & Dr. Yanina about MEMBERSHIP-RELATED questions such as payment issues, "I can't find the Challenges or Roadmaps," etc.

Please DO NOT post art-business or wellness-related questions in this forum as they will not be addressed here.

I SIGNED UP FOR A CHALLENGE, DOES MY MONTHLY PAYMENT CANCEL BY THE END OF THE CHALLENGE?

NO, IT DOES NOT. As you recall, the Art NXT Level Academy is an ongoing membership-based program (just like a Netflix, Hulu, or even a gym monthly subscription). Your monthly tuition will be collected every month/year (based on the payment option you selected) until YOU cancel your student membership. You can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel your membership, please make sure you cancel, at least, 2-5 days PRIOR to your next tuition payment date to avoid unwanted charges as we have a "No Refund Policy." You don't need to email us as YOU can cancel on your account settings.

Many student members enter the Academy through promotional offers and stay longer to take advantage of the various resources available. Should you be interested in canceling your membership after the Challenge ends, please click on the FAQ tab for detailed instructions to cancel your membership.

Make sure you cancel 2-5 days prior to the next payment due date as we have a "NO REFUND" policy.

NOTE ON SERGIO & DR. YANINA'S WEEKEND AVAILABILITY:

Sergio & Dr. Yanina have limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays are dedicated to family. They will respond to your weekend messages at the beginning of the following week.
