If you are interested in changing your payment plan to our Annual Payment Plan please follow these steps to avoid duplicate charges or account cancellation.
Here are 3 steps to change your membership to either Quarterly or Annual:
Step 1.
Cancel your membership as soon as possible (Do it right now if you can).
If you are in the PRO Membership, click HERE.
If you are in the NXT BASIC Membership, click HERE.
Make sure you follow instructions based on your choice of payment (PayPal or credit card).
Step 2.
Know when your membership expires. You'll find this information in your bank or credit card statements. More specifically, find out the day your last payment was collected. Add a reminder in your phone or calendar to “REJOIN THE ACADEMY" between 1-3 days BEFORE your membership expires.
Here's an example.
If your payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month, and your payment was withdrawn on November 15th, you must rejoin the Academy between December 12 - 14th to avoid interruptions.
Step 3.
One to three days BEFORE your membership expires, rejoin the Art NXT Level Academy by clicking on the Annual option below.
IMPORTANT!
Once your membership expires (continuing with the example we're giving here, the membership will expire on December 15th), your access to the Academy will be terminated. To continue your membership without interruptions, it's important that you rejoin 1-3 days BEFORE your membership expires.
